At Universal Media, we are committed to providing high-quality PR, advertising, and digital media services. While we strive to ensure client satisfaction, we also understand that there may be certain situations where a refund is requested.

This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided and the terms governing such requests.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate Payment:
    If a payment is accidentally made more than once for the same service.
  • Service Not Initiated:
    If the client requests cancellation before any work has started (creative planning, media booking, or strategy development).
  • Technical Errors:
    In case of a technical issue during the transaction process that results in an incorrect charge.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@nextcorpmedia.in, along with relevant payment proof and details.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be entertained under the following conditions

  • The service has already been initiated or partially/completely delivered.
  • Delays caused due to incomplete information or late communication from the client.
  • Change of mind after the payment has been processed.
  • Custom campaigns or third-party bookings (e.g., paid media slots, press releases) already reserved.
  • Retainer or subscription-based services after the billing cycle has begun.

3. Refund Process

If a refund request is approved, the following process will be followed:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.
  • Processing time: 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
  • The refund amount may be subject to deduction of applicable transaction or gateway charges.
