Cancellation Policy

At Universal Media, we value transparency and strive to offer flexibility while maintaining workflow integrity. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before availing our services.

1. Cancellation by Client

Clients may request cancellation of a service under the following terms:

  • Before Service Start:
    If the service has not yet been initiated (no work has started), cancellation is allowed and may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the nature of the service.
  • After Service Start:
    Once work has commenced—be it strategic planning, campaign setup, design work, or media booking—cancellation requests will not be eligible for a refund. However, the project may be paused or rescheduled upon mutual agreement.
  • Retainer or Monthly Contracts:
    For services billed monthly (e.g., digital marketing, PR retainers), a minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required for cancellation of the upcoming billing cycle.

2. Cancellation by Universal Media

We reserve the right to cancel any service due to:

  • Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed timeline.
  • Unethical or illegal use of services.
  • Violation of our terms or misuse of our platform.

In such cases, services will be terminated without notice and no refund will be applicable.

4. Refunds on Cancellation

Approved cancellations will be processed as per our Refund Policy. Please allow 7–10 working days for refund processing after confirmation.

5. Special Cases

Custom advertising campaigns involving third-party bookings (e.g., media space, PR slots) are non-cancellable and non-refundable once booked.
